Popular Wedding Photography StylesEditorial - Look like a supermodel in a magazine. Everything has to be perfect for this style of photography; clothing, makeup, facial expressions and lighting. Photos are touched up by computer to appear flawless.Traditional - Posed photos with family and the wedding party. Computer touchups are commonly done. For more natural photos, some photographers will use film, rather than go digital, and do minimal or no touchups. Black & White - Some couples like a variety of black and white photos and color photos. Ask about sepia or cool tones. Your photographer can show you some samples. Candid - Pass out disposable cameras to your guests. They may capture some great moments the photographer will miss. Photojournalistic - Photos are taken throughout the wedding day as things happen, with little or no posing. |
