White sand beach, over 1-1/2 miles long. Good whale watching in season, famous sea turtle nesting beach. Dangerous swimming due to strong currents. Surfing for experts only.

Shipwreck Beach
This beach stretches over miles of the northeast coast of Lanai fronting the Kalohi Channel that separates Lanai from Molokai. Known for its strong currents and numerous reefs, many ships have run aground along this channel. There are two visible shipwrecks from shore. Swimming in this area is extremely unsafe. Many petroglyphs in the area. Excellent beach combing. |
