	Ahupua'a O Kahana State Park There are ten (10) beach campsites in the park. Camping is by permit only. Camping permits must be obtained from the main State Parks office in downtown Honolulu (808-587-0300). There is a $5.00 fee per campsite per night.

	Malaekahana State Recreation Area Wooded beach park with swimming, bodysurfing, beach related activities and shore fishing. Picnicking and camping at Kalanai Point Section. Picnicking, lodging and fee camping at Kahuku section--call 808-293-1736 for lodging and camping reservations.

	Keaiwa Heiau State Recreation Area End of 'Aiea Heights Drive, 'Aiea Heights, 'Aiea. Follow H-1 to Moanalua Highway (Hwy. 78). Take the 'Aiea cutoff to the third traffic light, make a right turn at 'Aiea Heights Drive and follow it about 3 miles up to the end of the road. Keaiwa Heiau State Recreation Area is a 384-acre park located approximately 12 miles from Waikiki. Keaïwa Heiau is located at the park entry. Continue along the paved park road to the campgrounds, picnic areas, and trailhead for the 'Aiea Loop Trail.

	Sand Island State Recreation Area End of Sand Island Access Road, off Nimitz Highway (Highway 92), Sand Island, Honolulu. Landscaped coastal park with picnicking, camping, pleasure walking, shore fishing and board surfing. Small sand beach. Good view of Honolulu Harbor and attractive sunsets. Boat ramp nearby.
